What is 504 Corporation?

504 Corporation is a nonprofit economic development company certified by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) to provide financial assistance to small businesses. As a SBA Certified Development Company, 504 Corporation works with SBA and lenders to administer the 504 Loan Program to small businesses. The staff also assists businesses with local, state and federal financing programs and provides general business assistance.

To better serve our customers, the corporate headquarters are located in Rochester, MN with a satellite office in Mankato. Our service area includes the state of Minnesota and La Crosse County, Wisconsin.
